COSMOS! They’re one of my favorites! I got so many smiles bouncing down the street with them on the way back home. Plus it’s cider season! This is my favorite cider farm in New York, so I am stoked.
We’re more than halfway through this year’s CSA. After almost 4 months, I’m still surprised by how far a bag of veggies and a bag of fruit can stretch for a 2-person veg household. I’m repeating a lot of meals (more heirloom tomato/bean/basil salad tonight, plus a lentil soup with chard), but I still get to think creatively about meals enough that I’m never bored with it.
