
I’m getting really behind on using all of my CSA produce. I still have most of last week’s in the fridge. J added the acorn squash to his chili, though, and it was so great.
This week is a little more manageable. I made a salad from the rest of last week’s arugula and this week’s lettuce and tomatoes, plus some carrots from the store. I also cooked up all of the leeks and yellow beans, plus the tomatoes from three weeks ago and some mushrooms and my herb mix. The grapes I’m snacking on now (they taste like grape-flavored gum!), and the mizuna goes in the fridge with the old mizuna. I really need to figure out what to do with it.
