Week 25 of the CSA

Just three more weeks after tonight. And finally, a week full of winter produce! Too late for Thanksgiving, but perfect for a cold evening in November. It will be enjoyed soon enough.

The herbs I gave away, because I won’t be using them. The radicchio, which is not my favorite, I almost gave away, but it’s small enough to enjoy in a salad. Not in the picture are the apples (evercrisp and ruby frost) and cider.
