






What I’ve been up to this week, from top left:
- Brooklyn Bridge Park
- Marjoram from the CSA
- Iced tea from the marjoram (an interesting flavor—floral and savory at the same time)
- Cherries on their way out
- Pickled cherries (with maybe a little extra syrup for mixing)
- Dandelion greens and onions sautéing for quiche
- Quiche! (bitter yet rich—could have used cheese, but good)
