Weekly roundup

What I’ve been up to this week, from top left:

  • Brooklyn Bridge Park
  • Marjoram from the CSA
  • Iced tea from the marjoram (an interesting flavor—floral and savory at the same time)
  • Cherries on their way out
  • Pickled cherries (with maybe a little extra syrup for mixing)
  • Dandelion greens and onions sautéing for quiche
  • Quiche! (bitter yet rich—could have used cheese, but good)
