CSA Week 6

[basil, scallions, swiss chard, snow peas, so much squash (!), blueberries, red currants]

I’m not sure what to do with this squash. Last week, there was pasta salad, and I’m going to make a ratatouille with the rest. Maybe I’ll make zucchini bread? I am not sure, but it’s beautiful! The peas will probably get snacked on, and the blueberries. I might make another quiche with the chard. And the red currants? I think I might make some jam…
