CSA Week 18

[honeynut squash, scallions, dill, radicchio, beans, bell peppers, honeycrisp apples, ida red cider]

An interesting assortment this week. Very sides focused. I think I might make another winter squash soup and probably a salad. The dill is a mystery. Dressing? We’ll see.

The apples have been so good this year. I’ve been snacking on them, but it’s truly time for pie.
