




I’ve been going full fall mode this week. Clockwise from top left:
- I started knitting a neckerchief
- over-calculated my yardage, so I will have to rip it back a bunch
- made this apple pie, but used vegan yogurt instead of crème fraîche (and used a store-bought crust because I am awful at crusts, as you can see)
- making another roasted winter squash soup, this time with sweet potatoes
- I roasted the carrots and onions in this version, and it came out great
