[honeycrisp cider (yes!), ever crisp apples, radishes, mustard greens, leeks, sweet potatoes, and peppers] I just took a bite of these radishes. They're perfect. Crisp, tart, and not too bitter. I think these might be great in some butter as a side. Honeycrisp cider is so good. It tastes like candy. A good week.
