CSA Week 9

[basil, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, carrots, peaches, cucumbers, summer squash, bell peppers, eggplant, roma tomatoes] Wow! Honestly, this is so much food. And I still have the beets from last week. I'm thinking salad, maybe more ratatouille? Umm. Just eating it? Ha! I love summer produce; but it is abundant.

Not much going on this week.
