[gigantic beets, bell peppers, fennel, summer squash, lettuce, cucumbers, shiro plums] A beautiful week for summer produce. I think we have another ratatouille (or some stewed vegetable something, at least), salad, just roasted beets with fennel, I guess, and maybe a cobbler? YUM.
